Elle, (Co-owner) and Gemma (Co-owner) have brought over 30 years of make-up artistry and marketing to bring the hottest trends in packaging and color techniques. Natural (Paraben/Phthalate free) skin care products round out the line perfectly and have Spell on course to becoming the “can't do without” line of cosmetics and skin care. Spell is based in Cleveland, Ohio and operates nationally. The products are designed, created and produced by us. Quality control, ingredient inspection, and customer service our key to our success.
